A. Any time you are advised you are entitled to Union Representation, you NEED it. Don't sign away your right to union representation.

If you have moved since submitting your membership application, please let us know. With all the other changes a move creates, this is one most often forgotten. You can email you NEW and OLD address to NTEU Chapter 190, or you can notify us of you current address by Clicking Here. | |

If you have a classified ad on our website and the item or service is no longer available, please contact the union office and let us know. We will remove it from our site.
Know Your Rights:
Employees who are called in as witnesses in an investigation are entitled to union representation when they request it. This is true at the beginning of the interview or at any stage during the interview when 'reasonable fear of receiving discipline as an outcome of the interview' rears its ugly head. Requesting union representation DOES NOT mean you have something to hide, it means you are SMART. Request union representation and do not meet until you get it.
